Role & responsibilities What You'll Do

• Build and manage a network of DMCs, travel agents, and tour operators active in the Char Dham Yatra and broader Uttarakhand pilgrimage circuit
• Drive direct and agent-led bookings for The Sangam House across the Yatra season and beyond
• Represent the property at travel marts, agent meets, and religious tourism trade events
• Work closely with local guides, priests' associations, and pilgrimage logistics networks (transport, darshan bookings, helicopter operators) to build referral pipelines
• Design and pitch group packages for religious tour groups, corporate spiritual retreats, and family pilgrimage travelers
• Report booking pipeline, conversion, and agent performance to the Delhi sales HQ

What We're Looking For

• Proven relationships with Char Dham travel agents, DMCs, or pilgrimage tour operators this is non-negotiable
• Strong understanding of the Yatra season calendar, routes (Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath), and traveler profiles
• Comfortable working both on-ground in Devprayag and traveling to source markets (Delhi, UP, Gujarat, Maharashtra - wherever the pilgrim traffic originates)
• Fluent in Hindi and English; regional language a plus
• Self-starter who can build a sales function from scratch - this is a new property, not an established one.
