Role Overview

The Program Manager will manage the end-to-end operations of IST programs across multiple partner campuses, ensuring smooth academic delivery, attendance management, student experience, and coordination with faculty, university, campus, and internal teams

The ideal candidate should have experience in education/program operations or campus administration, with strong stakeholder management, execution, and multitasking skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple campuses simultaneously

Desired Candidate Prof

• Minimum 5 years of experie nce in education operations, program management, academic administration, campus operations, or a related field
• Experience managing educational programs, campuses, centres, or multiple stakehold ers will be preferred
• Strong understanding of academic and student lifecycle operations
• Experience working with universities, colleges, education institutions, or EdTech organisations is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities
• Willingness to travel across IST partner campuses
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environme
