Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Services

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in IT services sales within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets by selling software development, cloud, AI, digital transformation, and managed IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and acquire new clients across India.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
• Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solutioning and proposal preparation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of B2B IT Services sales experience in the domestic market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in selling software development, cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, digital transformation services.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Self-driven with excellent lead generation and closing abilities.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
