Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Dehradun. The Motion Graphic Designer will create and animate visual elements for short films, social media content, and digital campaigns that highlight the stories of local heroes. Day-to-day tasks include designing motion graphics and titles, developing visual concepts, collaborating with filmmakers and editors, and adapting assets for different platforms. The Motion Graphic Designer will work closely with the creative team to bring impactful narratives to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for film, social media, and digital storytelling.
• Experience in Video Production, including working with editors and understanding post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for various formats and platforms.
• Fluency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent software).
• Ability to translate narratives into clear visual concepts and storyboards.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and composition, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional creative teams on-site.
• Relevant education or training in design, animation, media, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design work is required.
