Location : Colorado Springs, CO- 80920 Duration: Contract until May 24th 2027, likely extension to Dec 2027 Schedule : Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Friday Halfday 7am-1pm Pay Rate : 30-32/hr Start Date : November 9th, 2026 Must Have Skills and Experience: H.S. Diploma or higher 3+ years of relevant experience Ability to use common hand tools- calipers, measuring tape, cordless drills, ratchets and sockets, torque wrenches High attention to detail and organized Ability to read/write/comprehend English Comfortability reading engineering schematics, blueprints, etc. Job Description : Insight Global is looking to bring on a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a small federal integrator in Colorado Springs, CO. We need a reliable, punctual, and well organized individual who works well in teams. They will be responsible for the assembly of units following strict quality assurance standards. They should feel comfortable working with common hand tools and be able to follow assembly directions. xzbcwsv They will be a part of a team that constructs, maintains, and tests electrical / mechanical systems, components and equipment. Daily tasks will entail cleaning/kitting small parts, working with common hand tools to assemble mechanical/electrical subassemblies, and sitting at a work bench the majority of the day.
