Hiring: Branch Manager – Affordable Housing Finance / LAP / Mortgage

Location: Chikhli (Buldhana, Akola & Washim) & Gwalior (Dabra)

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth in the Affordable Housing Finance, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loan segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch business targets including sales, portfolio growth, disbursements, and collections.
• Manage end-to-end branch operations, including sales, credit underwriting, collections, and customer service.
• Ensure healthy portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor branch teams to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee branch administration, cash management, audit compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Affordable Housing Loans, LAP, or Mortgage Loans .
• Prior experience in Branch Management within NBFC, Affordable Housing Finance, Small Finance Bank (SFB), or Rural Banking .
• Strong exposure to Sales, Operations, Credit Underwriting, Portfolio Management, and Collections .
• Local language proficiency is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
• Candidates with only JLG (Joint Liability Group) lending experience will not be considered.
• Candidates with a stable employment history will be preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory; MBA/Post Graduation is an added advantage.
