What You Will Do:

• Lead daily jobsite safety activities for structural concrete, tilt-up, vertical, and specialty concrete construction projects.
• Conduct routine site inspections, identify hazards, document findings, and partner with field leaders to implement practical corrective actions.
• Promote OSHA-compliant work practices through safety meetings, toolbox talks, new-hire orientations, and ongoing crew engagement.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, maintain accurate reports, and help develop preventive measures that strengthen the safety culture.
• Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, the safety director, and trade partners to balance safe execution and quality control.
• Monitor proper use of hand tools, equipment, PPE, and general worksite conditions across changing commercial construction environments.

What You Bring:

• You bring demonstrated construction safety experience and the confidence to communicate expectations clearly with field teams and leadership.
• You hold OSHA 30-hour certification or have strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, inspections, and incident prevention.
• You use sound judgment, strong organization, and detailed documentation habits to manage multiple safety priorities in the field.
• You are comfortable working in person on active jobsites and building respectful relationships with diverse crews.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a Safety representative in commercial construction is highly valued.
• Experience with concrete, masonry, tilt-up construction, preventive maintenance, or equipment inspections is a strong advantage.
• Bilingual spanish/english required.

Pay and Benefits:

• Earn $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
