Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Lead to drive the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in Time and Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR, integrations, reporting, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions.
• Configure Time Categories, Time Rules, Time Entry Layouts, and Time Processing Profiles.
• Design and configure overtime calculations, premium pay, shift differentials, and labor distribution rules.
• Integrate Time and Labor with Oracle Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR modules.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and solution blueprints.
• Configure and optimize Time and Labor rules based on business and compliance requirements.
• Support system testing, payroll reconciliation, and production support activities.
• Advise stakeholders on Oracle Time and Labor best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Time and Labor and related Oracle HCM modules.
• Work with third-party time capture systems such as Monarch and other workforce management applications.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Manage HDL/HSDL data conversion and migration activities.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for time validation and payroll processing.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher and OTBI reports for Time and Labor analytics.
• Collaborate with integration teams to support REST/SOAP web services and system interfaces.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with sustainable solutions.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) .
• Experience integrating Time and Labor with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.
• Strong expertise in Time Rules, Time Categories, Time Entry Layouts, and Workforce Compliance.
• Experience with HDL/HSDL data loads and data migration.
• Hands-on Fast Formula development experience.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with third-party time tracking systems (Monarch preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll and workforce management processes.
• Experience in global Time & Labor implementations.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications preferred.
