Latifia Dairies seeks dynamic Territory Sales Officers with 2‑3 years FMCG experience to drive growth across Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Jhelum, and Gujranwala

Latifia Dairies (Pvt.) Ltd., a fast‑growing dairy manufacturer in Pakistan, is expanding its sales force and looking for energetic, self‑motivated Territory Sales Officers to cover key cities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, pizza outlets, fast‑food chains and other HORECA customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to broaden market coverage.
• Meet monthly sales targets and promote product growth.
• Oversee distributor operations, order processing and market execution.
• Track competitor pricing, activities and market trends.
• Follow up on customer payments and handle overdue recoveries.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the HORECA segment.
• Experience with dairy, cheese, frozen foods, chicken or similar product lines is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven capability to manage distributors, retailers and a defined sales territory.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
