Job Description
Medical Assistant US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Medical Assistant to join our team at HeartPlace located in Plano, TX. Responsibilities: Interviews patients, measures vital signs such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height and records information in patients' charts. Work with the medical assistant tech to ensure patients are roomed in a timely manner Operates electrocardiograph (EKG), treadmill, and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic test Fill out testing orders per physician Send out prescriptions per physician orders Orders
