Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animated content for advertising campaigns, digital media, events, and brand communication assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, producing and editing motion design sequences, and collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters, video producers, and other creative team members to ensure cohesive project execution. The role involves adapting existing brand assets into engaging motion formats, optimizing graphics for various digital platforms, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables. The Motion Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to creative pitches, and stay updated on design trends and motion graphics tools to enhance the studio’s visual output.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated content and visual storytelling. Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and understanding of timing, pacing, and audio-visual integration. Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with proficiency in layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition. Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software). Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics work for advertising, digital campaigns, or branded content. Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have relevant education or training in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also valued. Candidates with experience in agency or media environments, familiarity with social media and digital formats, and an understanding of current design and motion trends will be preferred.
