We're looking for a Founding AI Engineer to join us at ProgentAI.

We're building an autonomous Supply Chain AI platform starting with sourcing and procurement in regulated industries, and we already have a large enterprise customer working with us on our first proof-of-concept.
We're looking for someone who wants to help build the technology and the company from the ground up.
Our focus is on multi-agent AI systems that can execute complex workflows while keeping humans in control of important decisions.
The challenge is making AI not just intelligent, but reliable, explainable, and auditable.You'll help shape our core AI architecture, including:Multi-agent orchestration using LangGraphGrounding, retrieval, and AI evaluationHuman-in-the-loop workflowsGoogle Cloud / Vertex AI with Claude
We're particularly interested in engineers who have built and deployed agentic AI systems with real users, not just demos or LLM integrations.
This is a founding-level opportunity with meaningful equity and significant ownership of our technical direction.
