We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can take ownership of business growth, develop customer relationships and consistently deliver sales targets.

The Opportunity

Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory Acquire new customers and expand the existing customer base Build strong customer and business relationships Identify new market opportunities Lead field sales activities and achieve monthly targets Monitor market performance and provide regular updates

Who Should Apply?

Graduation Mandatory Minimum 2+ Years of Sales / Field Sales Experience Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Automobile, Pharma, Ed Tech or any other Sales industry are welcome Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Bokaro-based candidates preferred
