Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team Supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial results Ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets Managing stock levels and overseeing daily stock ordering Maintaining high standards of compliance, presentation and efficiency Experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager within retail or hospitality A hands-on leadership style with a passion for achieving targets Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solution-focused mindset Flexibility to travel within a 45-minute radius to support nearby stores The ability to prioritise, delegate and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Competitive salary of £38,525 – £45,420 Guaranteed annual salary increase Clear and structured progression opportunities Industry-leading pay and benefits Health cash plan and wellbeing support The chance to join a business with exciting UK expansion plans
