Are you an ISA Certified Arborist with a passion for sustainable land care and a proven track record in operations leadership? Organically Green is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our arboriculture, plant health care, and landscaping teams across Long Island.

What You'll DoLead daily field operations across landscaping, arboriculture, and plant health care teamsConduct on-site evaluations, diagnose tree and plant health issues, and develop treatment plansCoordinate scheduling, routing, and resource allocation for field crewsProvide technical guidance and training in arboriculture, equipment use, and best practicesCollaborate with sales and client service teams to ensure seamless service deliveryBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional follow-upMonitor operational metrics, equipment, and workflows to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking ForISA Certified Arborist — requiredProven experience in operations management within landscaping, arboriculture, or plant health careStrong knowledge of tree biology, diagnostics, pruning standards, and PHC programsExperience managing field crews, schedules, and multi-site operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with reliable transportation
