We are looking for Development Engineer – Kondor & Corona with exciting project opportunities.

Job Role: Development Engineer – Kondor & Corona

Location: Bengaluru

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days

Experience: 7+ Years

Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Kondor+, Corona, Sybase ASE, Python, Groovy, Korn Shell (ksh), Treasury & Capital Markets, Application Development, Production Support, Application Integration, Unix/Linux, and banking/financial services environments.

Mandatory:

• 7+ years of experience in Application Development and Production Support within banking or financial services environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos Kondor+ development, customization, configuration, parameterization, and production support .
• Hands-on experience with Corona application development and support .
• Strong knowledge of Treasury & Capital Markets operations.
• Strong experience with Sybase ASE database development, queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning .
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation, integration, monitoring, and application support.
• Experience with Groovy scripting and automation workflows .
• Strong experience in Korn Shell (ksh) scripting in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience supporting Treasury, Derivatives, Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office banking functions.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience in mission-critical banking applications .
• Experience with application integrations through APIs, SFTP/FTPS, message-based interfaces, and batch processing .
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, release management, and production support practices.
• Strong understanding of banking security, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements .

Good-to-Have:

• Experience supporting European banking clients .
• Knowledge of treasury products including FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Securities, and Risk Management .
• Experience with ITIL and L2/L3 application support.
• Experience with application modernization and automation initiatives.
• Experience working with geographically distributed/global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Kondor+ and Corona applications supporting Treasury and Capital Markets.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Temenos Treasury ecosystem .
• Design, develop, test, and deploy application enhancements and production fixes.
• Perform Kondor/Corona configuration, parameterization, and customization .
• Develop and maintain Python, Groovy, and Korn Shell scripts for automation and operational support.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Sybase ASE database objects, queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Support integrations between Kondor/Corona and upstream/downstream banking applications.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, application defects, and performance issues within agreed SLAs.
• Participate in release planning, deployment, and post-implementation validation .
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical banking applications.
• Collaborate with treasury business users, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, risk, and regulatory requirements .
• Contribute to automation, continuous improvement, and application modernization initiatives.

Who Can Apply?

✔️ 7+ years of experience in Application Development & Production Support within Banking/Financial Services.

✔️ 5+ years of hands-on Temenos Kondor+ experience.

✔️ Hands-on experience in Corona application development/support.

✔️ Strong Treasury & Capital Markets domain knowledge.

✔️ Strong Sybase ASE development and performance-tuning experience.

✔️ Hands-on Python, Groovy, and Korn Shell (ksh) scripting experience.

✔️ Strong Unix/Linux experience.

✔️ Experience with APIs, SFTP/FTPS, messaging, and batch interfaces .

✔️ Experience with L2/L3 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA .

✔️ Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and release management .

✔️ Experience working in regulated banking/financial environments .

✔️ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
