Director - Transitions & Program Management

We are seeking a senior leader to drive large-scale transition programs and portfolio execution for our expanding India footprint. This includes in-house SEI teams, a rapidly growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, and multiple third-party partner relationships. This role will be responsible for end-to-end technology & operations transition execution , including: Migration of roles from onshore locations into the GCC Conversion of partner-delivered services into SEI-owned capabilities ("insourcing") Establishing disciplined program management and governance across all GCC initiatives You will act as the central driver of execution-ensuring that transitions are structured, risks are managed, and outcomes are delivered with speed, quality, and predictability.
