About the roleYou’ll be joining our Northampton MA-based development team, using the latest AI coding tools to build GTM products that connect our clients to their customers. As the technical delivery lead, you'll help set a culture where speed and quality go together: we move fast with agentic tools and hold a high bar on everything we ship. You'll take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear plans, working across product features, custom work for our clients, internal tooling, and the infrastructure underneath. On a small team, you'll have real say in what we build and how.

Required Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experience; a Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, or a related field is preferredStrong in Python or TypeScriptRegular use of at least one of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and the ability to critically analyze their outputExcellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills and attention to detailAbility to work and communicate collaboratively in a remote team environmentYou'd rather work at a small company, with less process and more say in what gets built
