We are seeking an experienced customs and import compliance professional with a strong background in U.S. customs regulations, tariff classification, and complex import entry procedures.Key Qualifications:Experience as a Licensed Customs Broker or in an import team lead/supervisory roleStrong knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS/HTSUS) and Schedule B classificationsFamiliarity with export classifications and ECCN is highly preferredHands-on experience with various customs entry types and procedures, including:Quota entriesTemporary importationsWarehouse entriesWarehouse withdrawalsExperience preparing and managing:Post-entry adjustmentsProtestsReconciliationsMitigation xzbcwsv of fines, penalties, and forfeituresStrong understanding of customs compliance requirements and regulatory documentationExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage complex import transactions and resolve compliance-related issues effectively
