Hostess/Sales Associate

Lock Spanish or additional languages are a plus Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or tourism preferred Comfortable learning basic firearm safety and handling procedures (training provided) Professional phone etiquette Experience using POS systems and reservation software is a plus Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure Explain available experiences, packages, and services with confidence Process sales using a restaurant-style POS system Schedule reservations and manage bookings Keep guest areas, retail space, classrooms, break room, and restrooms clean and organized Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment Learn firearm safety procedures and become knowledgeable about the firearms offered; competency is evaluated after training Assist with opening and closing duties Assist with basic social media engagement when needed Schedule Applicants should be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Operating Hours Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Training
