Senior Manager of Finance

Addison Group is representing infrastructure tech company that is seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Finance to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity in an innovative and dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy

Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals

Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives

Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of finance and accounting experience

Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Prior experience supporting and analyzing capital projects and capex

Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry required

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendations

Our client offers:

$180,000 to $200,000 base salary range dependent on experience, additional bonus potential.
