Daraz Express (DEX) Pakistan is seeking a Route Lead for the First-Mile Fleet Pickups in Lahore. This role focuses on upstream logistics, collecting packages from sellers, warehouses, and dropship centers to move them to central sorting hubs.

You will optimize seller pickups, manage capacity, enforce SLAs, coordinate with the sorting center, and ensure accurate scanning for real-time visibility.
