We at Coforge are looking for Service Now Engagement Managers with Following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of overall IT industry experience.
• 5+ years managing enterprise application, cloud, or ServiceNow engagements.
• Proven experience leading medium-to-large ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagements.
• Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, commercial governance, and customer management.
• Good Understanding of multiple modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA certification desirable.
• ServiceNow CIS certifications are an added advantage.
