Physical Therapist (PT)

Montefiore Einstein is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our hospital rehabilitation team. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and promote safe mobility and functional independence.

Responsibilities include maintaining clinical documentation, educating patients and families, collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and providing clinical supervision to PTAs, rehabilitation aides, and students in accordance with NYS regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's preferred.
• NYS license and current registration, or eligible limited permit.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of therapeutic equipment and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Annual Starting Salary*: $ 106,909.45
