We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our Jaipur team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests with timely and professional resolutions.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and keep them informed about project updates, documentation, and service-related matters.

Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and proactive engagement throughout the client journey.

Maintain accurate customer records, reports, CRM data, and follow-up history.

Represent Fine Acers professionally during client interactions, meetings, and coordination processes.

Support the sales and operations teams in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Graduate in any discipline.

1-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, Real Estate, Luxury Sales, Hospitality, Client Servicing, or Post-Sales Coordination.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional personality with a customer-first approach.

Ability to handle premium clients with patience, confidence, and clarity.

Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools or reporting systems will be preferred.

Local Jaipur candidates will be preferred.
