Role Description The New Medical Practice Start-Up Services role is a part-time, Remote position based in Chennai, but may require travel to Arakkonam. The role involves coordinating the setup of new medical practices, including planning, building the clinical clinical services from the start up, including obtaining all required licenses, defining care pathways, and supporting the integration of multiple specialties. Daily responsibilities include working closely with various entities to identify existing potential clinical practices/hospital, or start up a new practice, building physicians and clinical staff to design treatment workflows, assisting with patient care protocols, and ensuring that operational processes align with medical best practices. The individual will help establish documentation standards, support quality assurance activities. The role also includes collaborating with administrative teams to align clinical services with regulatory requirements and practice growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in new clinic/hospital start up or multi-speciality clinic acquisition.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate training or board certification in any of the listed specialties is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement in clinical settings.
