Sr. Executive - Business Excellence

We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Business Excellence to join our team and contribute to data-driven decision-making, business process improvement and operational excellence.

Location: (Andheri, Chakala)

Experience: 3–8 Years

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Education: Graduate | MBA/PGDM preferred

Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, consolidate and maintain business data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards and management reports .
• Use Advanced Excel & data analytics to analyze business data, identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Generate actionable business insights to support management decision-making.
• Understand existing business processes , identify gaps and support process standardization and improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders , understand business requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Apply strong business acumen to translate data and process observations into practical recommendations.
• Support Business Process Excellence (BPE) projects, including documentation, tracking and implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, trackers and performance reports .
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
