Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects within defined scope, time, and budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and implementation teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and prepare status reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract and procurement-related activities where applicable.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, program management, or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in budget management, resource planning, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects in complex environments.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in Public Financial Management (PFM) projects.
• Experience working on Government, Public Sector, Finance, Treasury, Budget Management, Revenue Management, or related financial modernization initiatives will be preferred.
• Understanding of financial systems, public finance processes, budgeting, accounting, treasury operations, and digital transformation programs in the public sector is desirable.
