Smileworks Pvt. Ltd. is a leading digital dental laboratory specialising in high-quality dental

restorations using advanced technology and precision craftsmanship. We partner with dental

clinics to deliver exceptional prosthetic solutions through innovation, quality, and timely

service.


We are looking for a qualified Dental Surgeon (BDS) who is interested in working in a dental

laboratory environment rather than a clinical practice. The role acts as the clinical bridge

between dentists and laboratory technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate case

planning, and successful execution of dental restorations.


The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of restorative dentistry and

prosthodontics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with

both external dentists and internal production teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with dentists to understand treatment plans and laboratory requirements.

Explain laboratory products, materials, and treatment options to clients.


Review prescriptions, impressions, intraoral scans, photographs, and case details.

Communicate clinical requirements to CAD/CAM designers, ceramic technicians, implant

technicians, and other laboratory staff.


Resolve technical and clinical queries from dentists and technicians.

Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion.


Support quality control by reviewing completed cases before dispatch.

Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure confidentiality.


Build strong relationships with dentists and provide ongoing product and technical support.

Stay updated with developments in restorative dentistry, implant prosthetics, and digital

workflows.


QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognised university.

Valid Dental Council registration.


1–5 years of experience in clinical dentistry or a dental laboratory is preferred.


Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills are also

encouraged to apply.


REQUIED SKILLS


Knowledge of crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, veneers, and digital dentistry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM workflows is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
