WE’RE HIRING | SR. MANAGER – PRODUCTION (Jewellery, Precious components,Auto components)

Location: Dabaspet Industrial Area, Karnataka

CTC: ₹30–35 LPA

Experience: 14–25 Years

Qualification: BE/M.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Requirements

Strong experience in Precision & Mass Production

Expertise in CNC Turning & Milling (4–5 Axis)

Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens & similar CNC controls

Strong exposure to Turning, Milling, Grinding & Heat Treatment

Knowledge of Cutting Tools, AutoCAD, SolidWorks & CAM

Experience managing 100–150+ manpower across multiple departments

Strong command over Production Planning, Productivity, Rejections & Manpower Management

Experience in Material Cost Control, Machine Capacity & Shop Loading

Proven ability to drive daily/weekly/monthly production & delivery targets

Good communication & presentation skills

Kannada + English communication required
