Key Responsibilities

Data Governance & Data Management

Lead data governance, stewardship, and data quality initiatives across business functions. Define and implement data standards, policies, and best practices. Drive master data management and end-to-end data lifecycle management processes. Ensure compliance with data privacy, regulatory, quality, and cybersecurity requirements.

Commercial Data Operations

Support commercial and omnichannel data operations through effective data management strategies. Develop and optimize data models, workflows, and automation solutions. Monitor and improve data quality, accessibility, integration, and reporting capabilities. Deliver actionable insights that support business objectives and strategic decision-making.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics and data management professionals. Support hiring, onboarding, capability development, and resource planning. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Translate business challenges into scalable data and analytics solutions. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams. Build strong relationships across global and regional teams.

Required Experience

10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Commercial Analytics environments. Strong expertise in: Data Governance Data Stewardship Master Data Management (MDM) Data Quality Management Commercial Data Operations Omnichannel Data Management Experience managing teams and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of commercial business processes and operating models.

Technical Skills

SQL Power BI Tableau Qlik Sense Informatica Alteryx Dataiku Advanced Excel and VBA Dashboard Development & Reporting Automation

Preferred Domain Expertise

Experience working with commercial healthcare/pharma datasets such as:

IQVIA One Key Value Centric Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Google Analytics Customer Engagement and Execution Data
