We're building sydon Symphony, the agentic operating system for commerce, where AI agents do that work themselves and Symphony orchestrates them into one system instead of a fragmented stack of tools. Eleven of those agents run in production today. The goal Build sydon's founding partner program into our largest growth channel: a bench of affiliates, creators, newsletters, podcasts, and agencies in the e-commerce seller world who launch with us and earn industry-leading recurring commissions. The program is designed, the economics are set, and a qualified prospect pipeline exists. Your job is to turn it into signed, active, revenue-generating partnerships. Day one is outreach, not planning. What you'll own Recruiting the founding partner bench: outreach, calls, and closing agreements with US and EU creators, publishers, and agencies Partner activation: signed partners actually promoting, with materials, coordination, and committed timelines Transparent partner reporting: attributed performance and commissions Commission operations and payout accuracy Growing the program into a standing channel after launch What you bring 2 years in affiliate, partnerships, influencer, or creator marketing for SaaS or e-commerce Comfort doing outbound and closing on calls with US and EU creators and founders Written English strong enough to represent us to our most important external relationships Ownership temperament: this is a program of one, with a real launch date Bonus: existing relationships in the Amazon seller / FBA content world; affiliate tooling experience Remote (India) · Full-time, contract-to-hire (90 days, conversion on delivery) · Flexible IST with a 6:30-9:30 pm IST overlap window · Start: immediate.
