Location: Mundur Industrial Area, Thrissur, Kerala

Position: Admin Manager

Joining: Immediate

Salary: ₹35,000/- per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site

We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and workforce coordination at our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and staff-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.

• Manage and coordinate staff and supervisors .
• Monitor and oversee day-to-day administrative activities .
• Coordinate with teams involved in production, procurement, and supply .
• Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments .
• Handle administrative planning and operational coordination .
• Support effective workforce management and workplace discipline .
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Identify administrative or operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  

• Previous experience in administration, staff management, or workforce coordination is required.
• Strong experience in supervising and coordinating staff and supervisors .
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, defence, security, or other structured work environments is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
• Ability to coordinate effectively with production, procurement, supply, and administrative teams .
• Experience managing teams and maintaining an efficient, disciplined work environment.
• 5+ years of relevant administrative or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Defense/Military experience is an advantage.
