Role Summary: The Safety Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs within the R&D Center (around 250 employees) to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. The role involves conducting risk assessments, supporting laboratory and testing safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, investigating incidents, delivering safety training, and promoting a strong safety culture. This individual will ensure safe environment and work conditions for employees including company assets.
