SummaryAs the Director of Training, you will own how Lucky Strike trains its field managers: building in-center training plans, ensuring completion, leading in-person manager classes, and rolling out new programs as priorities shift.
What You'll DoOwn the field manager training strategy, from in-center training through ongoing developmentBuild and update in-center training plans as brand standards, systems, and priorities changeRoll out new training programs to the field and ensure adoptionPartner with multi-unit leaders to track completion and close training gapsSchedule, facilitate, and oversee in-person manager training classesImprove manager retention through strong onboarding and clear development pathsCreate and update training content quickly when company priorities shiftLead, coach, and develop a team of Trainers, and oversee the Training team's budgetCollaborate with Operations, HR, Food & Beverage, and other corporate partners to keep training aligned with the businessTravel to centers and training sessions to see training in action and support field leaders
What You'll BringSignificant experience leading training or L&D for multi-unit operations, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food and beverageTrack record of building and rolling out training programs that improve field performance and consistency xzbcwsv Experience with learning management systems (LMS), including content, assignments, and completion trackingExperience leading and developing a team of TrainersStrong facilitation skills, with comfort leading in-person classes for managers at all levelsAbility to build credibility with multi-unit leaders and corporate teamsStrong project management skills, juggling many priorities and deadlinesWillingness to travel up to 50% and work some nights, weekends, and holidays
