We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and accelerate PlugUp’s growth in the EV charging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the EV charger sales team
• Develop and execute sales strategies across India
• Drive sales of AC and DC chargers up to 360 kW
• Build relationships with CPOs, fleet operators, dealerships, corporates, government agencies and infrastructure developers
• Manage key accounts, channel partners and institutional clients
• Monitor sales targets, pipelines, conversions and team performance
• Coordinate with technical, project and service teams for successful execution

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in EV charging, electrical equipment, power electronics or related industries
• Strong team-management and business-development capabilities
• Existing industry relationships will be preferred
• Willingness to travel across India
• Target-oriented with strong commercial and negotiation skills
