Medical Office Director - Wellness & Regenerative Medicine

Most people think this is an Office Manager role. It isn't. You're the person responsible for making an entire clinic succeed. At NIVA Health, every clinic operates like its own business. Our Medical Office Directors don't simply keep the lights onthey build high-performing teams, create exceptional patient experiences, drive operational results, and ensure the clinic consistently performs at its best. You'll work alongside providers, but you'll own the business side of the clinic. If something isn't working, it's your responsibility to fix it. If performance slips, you'll know why. If the team needs coaching, you'll lead it. If patients aren't having an exceptional experience, you'll change it. This role is for someone who naturally takes ownership, makes decisions confidently, and enjoys
