Hiring Alert: Customer Care Executive | Domestic E-commerce Process
Location: Jaipur
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (10 Hours)
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week-offs
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chats (English) Resolve customer concerns and escalations effectively Deliver excellent customer service and supportEligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Good English communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹18,000 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹14,000 per month
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹1,000 per month
