Business Unit: EPSMobility Role: Supply Chain Leader - Motor The Supply Chain Manager/Executive will lead the sourcing and procurement strategy for EV traction motor components across global and domestic suppliers. You will manage critical commodities such as laminations, magnets (NdFeB), copper, machined parts, castings, winding materials, insulation/resins, housings, sensors, and electronics, ensuring cost, quality, delivery, and risk mitigation. You will partner with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to drive should?cost analysis, VAVE, supplier risk management, inventory optimization, and PPAP readiness for new and existing programs.
