I need one person who can own two things, hiring and management.

What you'll do:

• Finding talent is the main job. Editors, AI artists, designers, writers - you keep finding great people, all the time.
• Manage the full hiring process - shortlisting, screening, test tasks.
• Manage the team and delegate projects to the right person.
• Follow up on execution so work gets delivered on time.
• Deal directly with creators and freelancers, and get work done.
• Assist me with day-to-day business operations.
