Contracts Manager

Salary: £50,000- £60,000 Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays Pension | Team Events | Growing Organisation We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused Contracts Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery of contracts across roofing, refurbishment and housing works. This is a key operational position for someone who can lead teams, manage client relationships and ensure contracts are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. You will act as a key point of contact for clients while providing leadership and direction to Site Managers, Project Managers, TLOs, operatives and subcontractors. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will: Take overall responsibility for the successful management and delivery of client contracts. Ensure KPIs, programmes, quality standards and contractual requirements are consistently achieved. Build strong working relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors and key stakeholders. Lead and support operational teams, effectively planning labour, resources and subcontractors. Monitor contract performance, costs, risks and opportunities, taking action where required.
