We are specifically looking for professionals who have personally led multiple end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar other ERP implementations through successful customer go-lives as a Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, or Implementation Lead.
Candidates from adjacent ERP ecosystems such as SAP Business One, NetSuite, or similar Enterprise ERP platforms may also be considered if they demonstrate strong enterprise implementation expertise and the ability to transition into Microsoft Dynamics.

Position Overview
- We at HR Interface Recruitment Consulting are hiring for a Dynamics 365 Practice Lead role for one of our rapidly growing global technology clients.
- This is a high-impact Solution Architecture and Delivery Leadership role focused on designing, leading, and successfully delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics implementations for multiple enterprise customers across industries.
- The ideal candidate should possess deep technical and functional expertise across Microsoft Dynamics while being comfortable owning complete implementation lifecycles-from discovery and solution architecture through implementation, data migration, testing, cutover planning, production go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- We are specifically looking for professionals who have successfully delivered multiple enterprise ERP implementations for external customers rather than supporting only internal ERP environments.
- This is not a sales, business development, practice management, or people management role . The successful candidate will be expected to remain deeply involved in architecture, implementation decisions, delivery quality, customer engagement, and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End ERP Delivery
- Own complete Microsoft Dynamics implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through successful production go-live.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Take complete ownership of customer success throughout implementation rather than handing over work after solution design.
- Drive successful execution of multiple enterprise implementation projects while maintaining delivery quality.
- Design scalable technical and functional architecture for Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
- Define enterprise solution architecture covering application configuration, customizations, integrations, security, extensibility, and deployment approach.
- Develop implementation strategies aligned with client business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
- Ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Provide hands-on guidance across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business modules depending on project scope.
- Lead architecture decisions across functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, and technical teams.
- Review implementation quality against architectural standards and delivery objectives.
- Resolve complex implementation challenges throughout project execution.
- Define enterprise data migration strategy including cleansing, validation, migration, reconciliation, and production cutover.
- Design integration architecture between Dynamics and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and Microsoft technologies.
- Develop comprehensive cutover plans and oversee production deployment activities.
- Lead post-go-live stabilization activities to ensure successful customer adoption and operational continuity.
- Coordinate implementation across multiple ERP modules to ensure a unified enterprise solution rather than disconnected module deployments.
- Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants throughout implementation.
- Ensure consistent architecture, governance, and solution quality across the complete ERP ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering teams on Dynamics-to-Fabric integration initiatives.
- Support enterprise reporting, analytics, and modern data platform integration where relevant to customer implementations.
- Contribute to integrated ERP, Analytics, AI, and Data Platform solutions delivered by the organization.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and implementation objectives.
- Conduct solution workshops, architecture discussions, implementation planning sessions, and executive presentations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft Dynamics solutions while providing implementation guidance throughout project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8-12+ years of Enterprise ERP implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), NAV, and/or Business Central.
- Experience leading multiple full-cycle enterprise implementations through successful customer go-live.
- Strong functional understanding across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and enterprise business processes.
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, extensions, integrations, APIs, customization frameworks, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data migration, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ability to architect enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics solutions across multiple business functions.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers throughout implementation lifecycle.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Synapse, or modern Microsoft Data Platforms will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
