Eternal Weddingz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in an onsite role in Marol, Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing their dedicated sales pipeline, converting inbound leads from our CRM, and matching clients with ideal venues for their destination weddings. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and convert inbound wedding leads through the company’s CRM system.
2. Match clients with suitable venues based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
3. Ensure smooth coordination between clients and venue partners.
4. Collaborate with the Sales Head and internal teams to maximize conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and conversions.
6. Provide timely reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Preferences:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Experience in the event planning industry is a plus
Breaking it down: Basically you shall be allocated a set of properties with different characteristics and you shall be getting leads of people who are looking out for destination weddings. As per the requirement of the client you will have to pitch the client the most apt property from the portfolio of properties allocated to you.
