Group (RESIG), located in Windsor, California, is seeking a FT Human Resources Manager (department of one) to lead and manage all aspects of human resources for our public agency. The Human Resources Manager serves as the organization's trusted HR professional, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, leave management, policy development, accommodations, compliance, training and employee engagement. Job Requirements What You'll Bring Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience, including employee relations, leave administration, and policy interpretation. Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable.
