ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) Specialist
Location: Remote
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow (SNOW) professional with expertise in Enterprise Architecture (EA) to support and enhance our Architecture Repository. The role will be key in strengthening our Enterprise Architecture practice and driving a scalable architecture management capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, and optimize the ServiceNow Architecture Repository.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to improve architecture data management, reporting, and governance.
- Maintain and enhance EA-related capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Support architecture documentation, repository adoption, and process improvements.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide architecture insights and governance support.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture modules and Architecture Repository management.
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, data management, and reporting.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and architecture teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Portfolio Management.
