What you will do

— Hunting new agents — measured on first order placed, not sign-up

— Reactivating agents from lists provided by the sales desk with relationship meetings

— Hold 12 qualified agent meetings a week across your territory

— Onboard every agent onto their own portal login so they apply online.

— Update every call and meeting in the CRM the same day

What we are looking for

— Comfortable spending most of the week out of the office and in agent offices

— Has sold to small and mid-size businesses, not just enterprises — our agents are owner-run shops

— Can hold a first meeting without a deck and still get to a next step

— Disciplined about writing things down; the CRM is not optional in this role

— Knows the travel trade in their city, or can learn it fast

Good to have

— Existing relationships with travel agents, consolidators or tour operators

— Experience with visa, insurance, forex or any agent-distributed travel product
