Hiring: Compliance Lead (5-10 years experience)

Our client, a leading fintech company is looking to hire a qualified company secretary (LLB prefered) to oversee secretarial, and regulatory compliance for it's fast-growing wealth-tech platform in Mumbai.

In this role, you will ensure full adherence to RBI, SEBI, and AMFI guidelines, managing end-to-end regulatory filings, Mutual fund compliances, and corporate secretarial duties, including board resolutions and statutory record-keeping. You will also be responsible for developing internal compliance policies, staying ahead of regulatory changes, and leading audits and inspections. Serving as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining our regulatory alignment.
