BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – HOSPITALITY

Location: New Delhi | Department: Business Development

Reporting To: VP / Head – Business Development / Director

Location: Delhi

Role

Drive new business and revenue growth in hospitality furnishing and interior projects across hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify upcoming hotel projects, renovations and refurbishment opportunities.

* Develop relationships with hotel groups, developers, architects, interior designers, PMCs and contractors.

* Generate leads, enquiries and project opportunities through market mapping, networking, references and direct outreach.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with Design, Estimation and Projects teams for proposals and quotations.

* Lead client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations through order closure.

* Maintain a strong project pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up from enquiry to order.

* Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and cross-selling business.

* Track market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

3–7 years’ experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in hospitality, furnishings, interiors, building materials or related industries.
