Role Description The Reservations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves handling reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate information on room types, rates, packages, and availability. The Reservations Executive will process bookings, modifications, and cancellations, maintain up-to-date records in reservation systems, and coordinate closely with front office and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
