The Market Center Operations Manager is responsible for leading the financial and daily operational functions of the Market Center. This individual serves as the gatekeeper of the Market Center’s money, ensuring that financial records, transactions, commissions, expenses, and accounts receivable are managed accurately and responsibly.The MCOM works closely with the Team Leader, Operating Principal, Broker, staff, agents, vendors, and leadership team to ensure the Market Center operates efficiently, profitably, and with a high level of customer service.This is a leadership position that requires strong financial management, attention to detail, excellent judgment, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to manage staff and address operational concerns.The ideal candidate enjoys numbers, spreadsheets, organization, systems, and documented processes. They must be able to remain calm, professional, and accurate while supporting real estate professionals who work in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
